Return Policy

At Soap & Water Organics, all products are final sale to ensure product integrity and safety. We do not accept general returns, change-of-mind returns, or product exchanges.

In-Person Purchases (Boutique & Farmers Markets)

• Final Sale: All purchases made in person at our retail locations or market booths are final.

• Defective Items: We take pride in the quality of our goods. If you believe you have received a defective product, please bring the item back to the physical location where you purchased it along with your original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Defective items will be inspected on-site, and if verified, will be replaced with the identical or acceptable substitute item. No cash refunds will be issued.

Online Orders

• Final Sale: All online orders of finished goods, supplies, and ingredients are final sale. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for online purchases.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your online order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photographic proof showing the unopened and unused condition of the product. Upon verification, we will either issue store credit or send a replacement product.
