2. In-Store Purchases & Product Information

All product purchases, retail transactions, and inventory fulfillments take place strictly at this physical location. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our fragrance oils, cosmetic bases, and raw ingredients on our digital channels, actual products and packaging may occasionally vary.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
All sales completed at our physical location are final. We do not accept general returns, change-of-mind returns, or product exchanges.
Defective Items: We inspect our inventory for quality assurance. If you believe an item is defective, you must bring the product back to our physical location along with your original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Verified defective items will be replaced with the identical item. No cash refunds will be issued.
4. Community Guidelines ("Maker Studio")
Our online community platform is designed for makers, creators, and formulators to connect, share creations, swap tips, and provide feedback.
Respectful Conduct: Users must treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or promotional solicitation for competing commercial interests is strictly prohibited.
