  • Online Website: Offers direct-to-consumer sales for finished goods and physical product collections, alongside access to digital resources and community spaces.

While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of all items across our channels, actual products, packaging, and availability may occasionally vary.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

  • In-Person Purchases (Markets & Boutique): All sales completed at our physical booths or boutique locations are final. We do not accept general returns, change-of-mind returns, or product exchanges.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you believe an item purchased in person is defective, you must bring the product back to our physical location along with your original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Verified defective items will be replaced with the identical item. No cash refunds will be issued.

  • Online Purchases: For physical finished goods purchased directly through our website, please refer to our dedicated online shipping and return policies provided at checkout.

4. Community Guidelines

Our online community platform is designed for makers, creators, and customers to connect, share creations, swap tips, and explore project inspiration.
