We take pride in the quality of our goods. If you believe you have received a defective product, please bring the item back to our physical location at 250 Hwy 96, Franklin, TN 37064 along with your original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Defective items will be inspected on-site, and if verified, will be replaced with the identical item. No cash refunds or alternative exchanges will be issued.
